Butterfly Pâtisserie
Butterfly Pâtisserie, the gourmet space in the Hôtel De Crillon, a Rosewood Hotel, located in the heart of Paris, showcases delicacies, artful cakes, seasonal desserts and signature chocolates in a gleaming high jewellery atelier setting.
The centuries-old Crillon Hotel is located on the mythical Place de la Concorde. Wanting to reinvent itself and attract a new clientele, the neo-classical style palace has just unveiled a pastry shop, which houses sweet and colorful creations to die for. They are signed by the establishment’s pastry chef, Matthieu Carlin.
The setting of this beautiful pâtisserie, designed by interior designer Tristan Aue, includes custom Pedestal Round Side Tables and Pedestal Square Side Tables. The classic bistro-inspired silhouette showcases Gabriel Scott's signature hardware in satin brass and Bianco Gioia white marble.
