Gabriel Scott, a high-end brand specializing in lighting and furniture, is in search of experienced Territory Sales Managers to join our growing team. We are on the lookout for connected, ambitious and entrepreneurial individuals, to strengthen our North American sales team, specifically targeting the South East and West Coast regions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in nurturing our existing Architect and Interior Design (A&D) accounts, while also broadening our market presence through new business relationships across the territory, encompassing A&D, distributor, and retail partnerships. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service will be paramount, as you adeptly convert leads into long-standing relationships. We seek an outstanding communicator and data-driven professional who excels in a goal-oriented environment.

Reporting directly to the North America Sales Director, this position entails travel but offers the flexibility to be conducted remotely from various locations across the US or Canada.

  • Manage and nurture existing accounts, fostering strong relationships with key clients.
  • Generate new business opportunities with high-end architect and interior design studios.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of customer contacts and long-term account management.
  • Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities with distributors and retailers within assigned territories.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and convert them into profitable accounts.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, nurturing leads, and guaranteeing a high level of conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management, highlighting key performance metrics.


  • Strong business acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Proven track record of success in account management or sales within the luxury sector, preferably with experience in the luxury lifestyle or lighting industry in North America.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to travel regularly to meet, entertain, and train Distribution partners and A&D clients and prospects.
  • Naturally entrepreneurial, driven, and hungry attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software (Gabriel Scott platforms include Oracle Netsuite, Microsoft Power BI, and Slack).
