As the business has grown, Gabriel Scott requires a dedicated, driven and entrepreneurial figure to join the North-American sales team:

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing existing accounts, expanding our market presence, and converting leads into long-term business relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to join a prestigious brand and make a significant impact in the luxury industry.

Reporting directly to the North America Sales Director, this role is preferably be based in person at our New York Showroom, but can be done from other parts of US/Canada remotely.

  • Manage and nurture existing accounts, fostering strong relationships with key clients.
  • Generate interest in GS products, to find new opportunities for our business and to manage and grow existing customers
  • Take a lead role in the development and maintenance of customer contacts and long-term customer account management
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively develop new accounts within assigned territories.
  • Create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and convert them into profitable accounts.
  • Ensure high level of customer service, retention and satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, to nurture leads assigned to you to ensure high level of conversion and providing customer satisfaction
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management, highlighting key performance metrics.


  • Proven track record of success in account management or sales within the luxury sector, ideally with experience in the home furnishings or lighting industry in North America
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Excellent engagement skills and ability to build relationships with clients/partners whilst also educating them on the products
  • Naturally entrepreneurial, driven and hungry attitude
  • Able to solve problems
  • Strong telesales / phone skills /meetings empathy
  • Strong presentation, communication and negotiation abilities
  • Capable negotiator and closer
  • Able to create and manage pipeline effectively to meet and grow sales targets
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software
  • Travel (up to 25%)
