Gabriel-Scott is a creative, dynamic and fast-growing, Montreal-based, high-end lighting and furniture brand with showrooms in New York and London.

In response to our rapid growth, we are looking for an ERP Manager who can contribute to organize and monitor our shipping department, while building up processes to sustain the fast growth of the company.

As ERP Manager, you will lead the development and scaling of our Netsuite System to support and anticipate the growing needs of Gabriel-Scott. Communication is key for effective implementation and administration of the platform. You are accountable for ERP data integrity and work with various stakeholders Design, Engineering, Sales, Production and Finance to maintain and enhance database accuracy, as well as implemented solution to improve constantly user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes and recommends solutions to business problems leveraging NetSuite capabilities and limitations to support growth of the company.
  • Participate and manage functional and technical requirements, systems configuration, data integrity and all system-related procedures, business process mapping and requirements.
  • Test and deploy NetSuite modules and enhancements build configurable extensions to meet business needs
  • Participate to several projects of software integration with Netsuite (Design, Production, Business Intelligence)
  • Design, build, and deploy customizations in NetSuite, leveraging SuiteFlow & SuiteScript
  • Primary point of contact for users regarding application support
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, and Sales to assess business requirements,
    and to formulate project plans to address these needs using NetSuite and compatible tools.
  • Manage requests for new features or functionality, and assist with the prioritization of these
    requests
  • Review the existing infrastructure and define the strategy for the evolution of the Netsuite CRM system
  • Drive CRM initiatives and oversee execution of campaigns from a data perspective
  • Provide regular training for sales and marketing teams, ensuring strategy docs, process documentation and training guides are created, maintained and saved on the central system

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years equivalent work experience supporting NetSuite in an administrator capacity
  • NetSuite Certification is highly preferred
  • Experience with complex engineering and Supply chain management with Netsuite (strong asset)
  • Preferably Bilingual (English and French)
  • Excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritize work, and strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
